Cancellations

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order call our customer care or WhatsApp us through help in App. If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Instead, you will have to raise an exchange request once you receive the order.

Exchange

  1. Please note we provide a 2-day / 24 Hours exchange for orders placed online on SrapoIndia and shipped within India. If 2 days / 24 Hours have gone by since the date you receive your products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. Please note that in case of an exchange the customer will have to ship the product back to us.
  2. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the tags are removed it will be considered that the product is used and will not be accepted for exchange...
  3. Customers can also exchange products by visiting our location within 2 days. Locate us here. The product should be unused & tags have to be intact. Customers are requested to carry a bill with them.
  4. For minor color and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a refund.

 

Products purchased during the Annual March Sale:

Sale items can only be exchanged during the sale period. Once the sale period is over the products cannot be exchanged.

Sale items if exchanged will be done on MRP to MRP basis. That is MRP of the product being exchanged and the MRP of the newly selected product is considered and the difference amount needs to be paid. The exchange is not done at a discounted price. 

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
